Jesus Hugs the Children
One day, some people were bringing children to Jesus for him to touch and bless them.
The disciples scolded them.
But when Jesus saw it, he was displeased and said to them:
—Let the children come to me. Do not stop them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these.
And he added:
—Truly I tell you, whoever does not receive the kingdom of God like a child will never enter it.
Then Jesus took the children in his arms. He hugged them and blessed them, laying his hands on them.
Jesus loves to be with children. He wants them to come close to him and welcomes them with open arms.
Every time you pray, you come close to Jesus too. He never tells you to go away. He always hugs you.
Let's talk: Jesus hugged the children. What do you want to tell Jesus today?
Jesus hugs you with love tonight. Goodnight.
